OPERATIONAL SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION |
The entire system being operated both at
Head Quarter and various construction
projects are fully automated and
computerized including accounts, taxation,
drawing section, materials management, and
we maintain a complete MIS. All such systems
are regularly updated to meet changing need
of the situation and on receipt of
suggestion from sites we take effect all
such changes in our system operation.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING/BALANCE SHEET/AUDITORS |
You may find the organization has commenced
its activities early July of 2003 and as a
normal feature it took a considerable time
come on the road. However, efforts are made
to prepare the financial accounting. The
auditors reports/balance sheets since 2003
has been prepared and can be furnished if
specifically asked for by any recognized
person or organization. |

AUTHORIZATIONS |
We
are the authorized Panel Manufacturer of
M/s. Standard Electricals Ltd, Kolkata Copy
of authorization letter can be sent if asked
for. |

VENDORS / SUPPLIERS |
We
have our vendor data base from whom we
procure materials for any project. In the
event of work beyond Kolkata Jurisdiction we
normally ask our vendor to arrange materials
at site if they have branches in other
states, otherwise we procure materials as
per site demand. |

TRANSPORTERS |
We
have our own and permanent transport
agencies to carry materials up to
destination. |
|
AUTHORITY TO SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS FOR THE FIRM |
Mr. T J Bhattacharya is fully authorised to
sign on kind of documents on behalf of the
firm to maintain a general policy and
strategy of our organization. We have
however, made division of power in various
sectors. |

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT |
As
per our strategies we do not go for huge
manpower but we often recruit on contact
basis. |
